This makes me angry... There is something that equally fascinates and frustrates me about the psychology of those of us in education. It is like a martyr syndrome, but different. It is like we are just so indoctrinated in our experience that everything has to be really, really hard to be in any way worthy that we just can't accept when something can make it easier.. Not only can AI reduce workload, it can recalibrate teacher workload to a higher impact level as those of us in schools can spend more time on the things that really matter.. Here's the thing we forget: Working in schools was never supposed to be this hard in the first place... Bring on the AI revolution! #schoolleadership #coaching
