Starting today, I'm taking on the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Stripe. The opportunity in front of us is enormous. I just returned from Stripe Tour Paris, where I had the chance to speak with businesses of every size and stage. What struck me most was the pace of change. Global commerce is being rewired by AI, new payment rails, and companies that are born global from day one (for example, 1 in 3 customers of French businesses on Stripe now come from outside France). Stripe is uniquely positioned to help businesses capitalize on this moment, and that’s exactly what we are here to do. Last year, businesses on Stripe processed $1.9 trillion in total volume, which is equivalent to roughly 1.6% of global GDP. We power more than 5 million businesses directly or via platforms, including 90% of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, 80% of the Nasdaq 100, and all of the top AI companies. I want to thank Eileen O'Mara, who is moving into the role of Vice Chair, representing us with business, government, and policy leaders around the world. Eileen has built an incredible organization. The go-to-market engine, the global teams, and the customer relationships she developed are extraordinary. The standard she has set is one I take seriously. I wish her all the best in her new role and look forward to our continued partnership. More to come, but for now, my focus from day one is the millions of companies, from solopreneurs to global enterprises, that choose Stripe. My job is to ensure every one of them feels our dedication in how we show up, how we build, and how we help them scale. I’m grateful to be here and excited to play an even bigger role in supporting businesses on Stripe. https://lnkd.in/gUHnCBby
Congratulations on the new role. One thing that stands out is how Stripe continues to sit at the intersection of several major shifts happening at once: AI, global commerce, and new payment infrastructure. Processing $1.9 trillion annually isn't just scale—it's a front-row seat to how businesses are changing. As more companies become global from day one, the ability to simplify payments, cross-border commerce, and financial operations becomes even more critical. Excited to see how Stripe continues shaping the future of digital commerce under your leadership.
Congratulations, Tyler Bryson This is a powerful moment for Stripe and for every company thinking about how to scale in the #AI era. What stood out to me is the focus on helping businesses grow globally while showing up with more dedication, context, and consistency for every customer. We are building in this space for #CROs and revenue teams Would love to compare notes on where revenue leadership is heading next.
Congratulations on the role, Tyler! As global commerce is rewired by AI, enterprise pipeline velocity becomes a major competitive differentiator. Scaling revenue operations for millions of businesses requires removing the internal friction between sales, finance, and compliance while maintaining absolute governance. Exciting times ahead for the GTM engine at Stripe
Congratulations on the new role, Tyler. The scale of opportunity you describe is remarkable, but what stands out most is the commitment to helping businesses of all sizes navigate an increasingly global and fast-changing economy. With AI, evolving payment infrastructure, and borderless commerce reshaping markets, it’s certainly an exciting time for Stripe and its customers. Wishing you every success in this new chapter.
Congratulations on the new role. One point that stood out is how you framed the opportunity around enabling customers rather than just accelerating growth. As AI, global commerce, and payment infrastructure continue to converge, competitive advantage will increasingly come from how well organizations connect products, partners, and customer outcomes into a single operating model. Wishing you and the Stripe team continued success.
Congrats, Tyler Bryson Exciting to see the momentum continue and the next chapter take shape. From the partner sidelines, we’ve had a front-row seat to Stripe’s incredible growth and ambition over the years. Looking forward to what’s ahead—and doing our part to help put even more gas on the fire. 🚀
Every era has its infrastructure. Roads changed trade. The internet changed information. AI may be changing how value moves across the world.
Tyler Bryson, wow! This is a powerful moment. AI, new payment rails, and born-global companies are creating a new operating layer for growth. What stood out to me is the dedication behind how teams show up for customers in this shift. I’d love to compare notes, especially as I’m building for CROs and thinking deeply about how revenue leaders adapt in this next era.
