This is a bad take. The AI moratorium will happen anyway because of the things that are broken upstream from data center construction. I’m hoping/thinking the drive to build will finally force the country to confront its issues?
Can someone tell me why there are so many "new material" companies in China? What new material are they trying to produce? Or are they a cover for something else?
