Your happiest customers never write reviews - we call them

Most review platforms send automated emails your customers ignore. ConsumerAffairs' in-house call center reaches out directly, collects verified reviews, and publishes them on ConsumerAffairs.com - where millions of shoppers research brands before they buy.

Sound familiar?

These are the problems we hear from marketing and CX leaders every week.

  1. 01

    Your best customers stay silent.

Happy customers rarely write reviews on their own. Your online reputation skews negative, and sentiment scores don't reflect the experience you actually deliver.

  2. 02

Reports don't explain where leads come from.

You're paying for reputation management but can't connect it to pipeline. Your reporting tools show activity, not outcomes.

  3. 03

    Fake reviews you can't remove.

A single fake negative review can tank your rating. Most platforms make it nearly impossible to dispute, even with evidence.

  4. 04

Tools that break when you need them most.

Integrations that require always-on computers, messages that fail to deliver, notification systems that miss critical feedback.

A different approach to reputation management

We combine human-led review collection with a consumer destination where shoppers make buying decisions.

Real Reviews

Reviews your customers actually leave

Automated review request emails get ignored. Your happiest customers are busy - they don't sit down to write detailed reviews unprompted. ConsumerAffairs' in-house call center contacts your satisfied customers directly and captures the feedback that software-only tools miss.

Maximum Visibility

Published where shoppers make decisions

Your reviews go live on ConsumerAffairs.com - a consumer research destination where millions of shoppers compare brands before purchasing. Instead of reviews sitting in a dashboard only you see, they appear where prospects are actively deciding who to trust.

Unified Dashboard

One dashboard to respond, track, and convert

Manage your authorized brand profile, respond to reviews publicly and privately, and track analytics across platforms - without juggling fragile integrations or keeping a computer running 24/7. A single dashboard that works, backed by a dedicated team that picks up the phone.

How it works

From onboarding to published reviews in three steps.

1

We learn your business

Your dedicated account team learns your customers, your industry, and your goals. No cookie-cutter onboarding.

2

Our call center collects verified reviews

ConsumerAffairs' in-house team contacts your customers directly - by phone - and collects authentic, verified reviews on your behalf.

3

Reviews go live on ConsumerAffairs.com

Verified reviews are published on your authorized brand profile on ConsumerAffairs.com, where shoppers find them while researching purchase decisions.

The gentleman that came out and talked to me explained the Kohler walk-in tub to me. I was very satisfied with them. I'm also very satisfied with the finance company to the point that it's 0% for 18 months. My first payment is going to start on April 1st. At that point, I can do it at my intervals. During the installation, it took two guys to take everything out and to get the tub in here. Different things had to be done but they did it in a day and a half. They had said it could take one to two days but it depends on how large your bathroom is and my bathroom is very small. I couldn't ask for a more informative team. They answered any of my questions and they were respectful.

ConsumerAffairs is infinitely more than just an online reputation management tool, they are experts in their space and partners in your business. While many companies can provide review monitoring and collection software, ConsumerAffairs provides a destination site where real consumers come to make buying decisions and the tools and support to respond and resolve any potential customer concerns quickly.
Candace E.Digital Care Supervisor, Utilities · G2 Review
The reviews obtained by Consumer Affairs are authentic and it allows us to connect with the customer base that may be hesitant in providing feedback directly to the branded company. The staff in the Tulsa location have been amazing to partner with and they always are. They make this experience great!

Frequently asked questions

How does ConsumerAffairs collect reviews?

Our in-house call center contacts your customers directly - by phone. This reaches the satisfied customers who would never respond to an automated email, producing authentic, verified reviews that reflect your actual customer experience.

What is an "authorized brand profile"?

When you partner with ConsumerAffairs, you get an authorized profile on ConsumerAffairs.com. This is a verified brand listing that lets you respond to reviews (publicly and privately), display an authorized shield badge that signals trust to consumers, and access analytics about your brand's performance.

How is this different from Trustpilot or Birdeye?

Trustpilot and Birdeye are software tools - they automate review request emails and provide dashboards. ConsumerAffairs combines human-led review collection (our call center does the work) with an owned consumer destination (ConsumerAffairs.com) where millions of shoppers research brands before buying. No other platform offers both.

How does this align with FTC rules?

Reviews collected through our call center go through a verification process to help ensure the reviewer is a real customer and the feedback is authentic. Our collection process is designed to align with applicable rules, including the FTC's 2024 rule on fake reviews and testimonials.

How much does ConsumerAffairs for Brands cost?

Pricing is customized based on your business size, industry, and goals. Book a call with our team to get a tailored recommendation.

What industries does ConsumerAffairs serve?

ConsumerAffairs.com covers categories where consumers actively research providers before purchasing - including home services, healthcare, financial services, insurance, utilities, and consumer products. Our published case studies include companies in home improvement (BCI Acrylic, Independent Home), financial services (NetSpend), medical alert systems (Bay Alarm Medical), and answering services (Answer 1).

Can I respond to negative reviews?

Yes. Your authorized profile lets you respond to any review - both publicly (visible to future shoppers) and privately (direct communication with the reviewer). This helps you resolve concerns and demonstrate responsiveness to prospects reading your reviews.
