Emusem Press is a WordPress child theme of SemPress. I am maintaining it for use on The Emu Café Social (https://social.emucafe.org/). The parent theme is available on GitHub: https://github.com/pfefferle/SemPress/tree/master. My child theme was initially generated by Child Theme Configurator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/child-theme-configurator/).
You are free to use the theme child theme consistent with the license (which is the same as the parent), but note that all of my work on it is for my specific use-case. I doubt that it will have much use to others beyond offering some ideas in styles.css about how the theme's appearance can be customized.
