Who you actually work with

Commit Software is a founder who writes the code, plus a short list of specialists brought in when a project needs them.

Based in Lahore. Reply within the same working day.

The founder

Commit Software is run by one engineer who ships. Polaris was not designed in isolation: every feature in it started as a problem someone hit while billing a customer, and the fix went back to that same counter.

That is the part a spec never covers. Partial refunds paid across two tenders, cash handed over outside the billing cycle, a report an owner asks for while a queue is waiting. Those cases only appear in production, and they are the ones that decide whether a system gets used.

The network

People we have worked with before and would put in front of a client again. They join for the phase that needs them and leave when it is done.

Backend engineering

Node.js, Python, Go

Services and APIs that hold a system of record, and the migrations that move it.

Frontend development

React, Next.js, Vue

Interfaces that stay usable on a counter machine and a patchy connection.

AI and ML

LangChain, LangGraph, RAG

Retrieval over a client's own documents, and agents that log every step they take.

Cloud and DevOps

GCP, AWS, Kubernetes

Deploys, backups and monitoring, sized to the traffic a business actually has.

Design

Research, wireframes, design systems

Screens drawn after watching someone do the job, not before.

Quality and security

Automated tests, audits

Test suites on the money paths, and a security pass before anything handles payments.

Why the team is shaped this way

  1. 01

You talk to the person writing the code

No account manager sits between the request and the commit. What you describe on a call is implemented by the person on that call, so nothing is translated twice.

  2. 02

The team is sized to the project

A single developer for a two-week change, more people for a rollout. You are not paying to keep a bench warm between phases.

  3. 03

    One person is accountable

When something breaks there is no question of whose department owns it. The same name is on the fix and on the reason it happened.

What that changes for you

  • Decisions land in hours, not after a round of internal sign-off
  • Overhead stays low, and that shows up in the quote
  • Features are shaped by people billing customers, not by a demo script
  • Support keeps running after launch, with a reply within the same working day

Tell us what the work looks like now.

A 30 minute call with the person who would build it. If the job needs a bigger team than we can put together, we will tell you that on the call.
