Depending on whether you have a Google Play Console account, choose one of the following support options:
Option 1: Developers with a Google Play Console account
If you already have a Google Play Console developer account, submit a support request directly through the Console interface. This ensures our support team can securely identify your publisher account and linked applications.

Include the following information in your support request submission to help us process your inquiry efficiently:
- Go to Help and click Create support ticket.
- Select Play Programs and Google Play Games Level Up.
- Select the package names of the game.
- Select Request type:
- General program, eligibility, or billing question
- I need help meeting a guideline
- I want to request an exemption from a guideline
- Your organization name and contact details.
- A brief description of your platform or technical integration questions.
- Click Submit.
Option 2: Developers without a Google Play Console account
