Updates the specified recast or accept rule with the specified criteria.

Requires the Administrator [64] user role or one of the following custom role privileges: VM.VM_RECAST.VM_RECAST.EDIT for Vulnerability Management or WAS.RECAST_RULE.MANAGE for Web App Scanning. See Roles.
