Available in two versions: DQ4x4 for 200 mm-depth 10-inch racks and DQ4x4-D (“Deep”) for 260 mm-depth racks.
DQ4x4 is a purpose-built 4U rack mount designed specifically for four NVIDIA DGX Spark systems, fitting into compact 10-inch network/server racks.
This isn’t an off-the-shelf shelf or a lightweight PLA bracket. Each 4×4 is individually manufactured to order from PA-6CF carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon, then annealed for improved mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance.
Built for a serious local AI cluster
The DQ4x4 is designed to pack four DGX Sparks into a very small rack footprint while keeping the installation clean and organized.
Each Spark has its own dedicated bay, with integrated ventilation openings and clearance designed around the compact form factor of the DGX Spark.
There is also an additional Keystone port for every Spark, allowing you to bring connections such as USB-C, HDMI, or Ethernet to the front of the rack using your preferred Keystone coupler.
Keystone couplers are not included.
Carbon-fiber reinforced PA-6 nylon
Every mount is printed using PA-6CF (carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon).
This material was chosen specifically for applications where ordinary consumer 3D-printing materials aren’t appropriate.

The material is considerably more demanding to print than PLA, PETG or standard ABS/ASA—which is one reason each unit is produced as a small-batch, made-to-order product.
Tested for substantial loads
The finished mount has been tested with a force gauge to withstand approximately 32 kg of applied load.
Four DGX Sparks weigh approximately 4.8 kg total, meaning the intended equipment load is only a fraction of the tested load capacity.

Testing was performed on the printed mount under controlled conditions. This should not be interpreted as a certified rack safety rating.
Why it costs more than a typical 3D print
Each DQ4x4 is a relatively long manufacturing process:
~8 hours — filament drying
~17–18 hours — high-quality printing
~6+ hours — controlled annealing
30+ hours total — before finishing and inspection
A single mount consumes approximately one full spool of PA-6CF carbon-fiber nylon.
This is intentionally not mass-produced. Every unit is manufactured individually and inspected before shipping.
