Blueprint

Blueprints and Logs in Opsera gives visibility on the pipeline performance by providing the comprehensive logs of each stage involved in a pipeline.

Blueprints

The scope of blueprints is to provide details of each stages of the pipeline execution. Everyone who has access to a specific pipeline, can view the blueprints for it. Using Blueprints, your team can reduces the manual hand off between Development, QA and the Operations team.

Using Blueprints you can:

  • Export blueprints back to a Jira ticket, or push its corresponding logs to S3 bucket

  • Download as PDF files for auditing and compliance purposes.

View Blueprints

To view Blueprints:

  1. Login to Opsera.

  2. From the left navigation menu, click Blueprints.

  3. Choose the pipeline for which you want to view the blueprint.

  4. Enter a run count. For example, by setting the run count as 2, the pipeline logs for the latest two executions will be displayed.

  5. Click Lookup.

  6. All the logs associated with the pipeline in the order which is executed will be displayed under Results.

For Pipelines used for vulnerability scanning, you can get detailed information on the security report with details on Severity, Category of vulnerability, Version and more. Click Security Report button to view the detailed report. To export the displayed report, click the export icon.

Supported Actions for Blueprints

List of other actions that can be executed on Blueprints are:

  1. View the details of the chosen pipeline using the View Pipeline option.

  2. View the Package XML of the pipeline’s execution using Package XML option.

  3. Download the blueprint data in a PDF or a .txt format . To download, click the export icon. In the Export Data popup, enter a file name and choose an export option and click Export Data.
