To become a Google for Education Champion, educators can choose to earn any of the following credentials: Certified Innovator, Certified Trainer, Certified Coach, or Certified GEG Leader. Upon achieving one of these recognitions, they will automatically become a Google for Education Champion.
There are different requirements for each program, including passing exams.
Organizations can purchase vouchers directly from Kryterion via this link. The cost for each voucher is the same as the listed price for the exam.
- $10 for Google Certified Educator Level 1
- $25 for Google Certified Educator Level 2
- $15 for Trainer Skills Assessment

- Submit 10 trainings (previously 12) every calendar year
Coach
- Have an active L1/L2 certification (renew every 3 years)
- 50 hours of 1:1 coaching every calendar year
Your certificate and badge will be emailed to the address you used to register for your exam. If you did not receive a copy, please check your spam folder and if you still cannot locate it, you may retrieve your credentials by using Accredible's online Credential Retrieval Tool.
