I have Hifi quality set for all connectivity options.Whenever I start listening through Android Auto on the phone I see no Hifi badge on the track cover on the playback screen.If I then skip the track with steering wheel buttons I still don't see the Hifi badge but if I skip with a phone (continuing android auto playback) Hifi badge appears. Is this just a UI glitch with missing badge, or are not having Hifi in AA? 

it has been over 3 months and I can't access music quizzes because of this dumb issue. I loved them but it just doesn't seem to get resolved.

Since last updates I cant control my music via voice it was working  fine on my google enabled speakers im paying for family  plan disgusting  service also it's so difficult  to connect with customer service online impossible not happy sort this out I checked if was my software at fault  but no Spotify works awesome it's crazy Deezer there is always problems with you guys sort it out or you are going to lose alot of customers 

I use Samsung Fold4 that has tablet layout in Deezer when unfolded. It is amazing experience, but there are several very annoying bugs that do not happen in folded mode (normal layout mode). I attached screen recordings for reference. My app version is 9.0.12.3.Playlist search does not appear. When I try to use search inside any playlist, the search bar does not appear at all. Reference: recording 104133. Artist page does not load correctly when I have favorited songs from that artist. If I open an artist page and I already have songs from that artist in my favorites, I only see the link to all favorited songs. The rest of the page is empty until I manually reload it. Hi, I’m thinking of switching to Deezer but I’m wondering if it can do this:I know it has integration with sonos, in the sense that in the sonos app I can add deezer as a streaming service. But I would much prefer to use the deezer app:So in the Deezer android app, can I select music to then be played on a sonos speaker without opening the sonos app itself? (like how in ytmusic you can chromecast music to chromecast audio devices)

HiI simply want to stop deezer automatically playing new/random music when my track/album ends.Not interested in recommendations, I just want to control what I to listen to (at all times), not what some AI thinks I want.This is easy in spotify, but I can't find this simple setting in Deezer. Hello. I've been using Deezer every day, for 1-2 years, every day, 1-2h/day and sometimes way more, listening to a lot of different artists and songs, but Deezer never showed me my monthly wrapped and annually wrapped in all this time, could anyone tell me why? 

For over a month now for some reason the podcast "Conan O'brien needs a friend" can't be played or downloaded and I always get a error with it. At first it was multiple different podcasts then just this one with the issue, It also seems to be broken on every other streamer I try now. Not sure how to fix it. Its really bugging me.

I uploaded MP3s with all the correct info, and this does appear in the MP3 playlist. But if I like those songs, and look at them in my “favourites” playlist, the info is missing. 

I recently got a popup along the lines of “What vibe would you like for your summer playlist” and after selecting an option it came up with a generated playlist. I accidentally clicked back and now I have no idea if I can find it in the app again. It was a pretty good playlist as well, any help is appreciated!

I cast a song to a speaker via the app, and it plays on the speaker. I can pause the song or skip back and forth from the pull down screen, but there’s no way to change the song within the app once I’ve cast the song. In addition, when I find a different song on the app and hit play, it starts playing on the phone, while the previous song is playing on the speakers. It’s common to accidentally have two songs playing, and I have to stop casting and shut the whole app down in order to fix it. This issue happens on multiple speakers/devices. I’ve had the same issue since I downloaded Deezer over a month ago. App is updated. I’ve cleared the cache. Reinstalled the app. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S23+. Spotify works perfectly. Tidals works perfectly. Only Deezer has issues. Also throwing it out there that the Deezer AI virtual agent is absolutely infuriating.

Doesn’t matter what software I use, I’m getting this error:"The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002"In freshly installed Android app, in Windows 10 app, just in browsers - MS Edge, Firefox, Waterfox, never mind.I logged out/in, cleaned cookies, caches etc.

Deezer widget on Android does not work. There are a lots of messages about it here, going back over a year, but no solution to be found. 

Hello,I know this issue has been stated before, but it has been 5-6 months with no update or fix.When searching for a song in a playlist only half of the input is registered. When typing at a normal pace it will only register half of the letters. I have to type with a second delay between every letter to search a song which is highly annoying.I am on the latest beta version of the app.I have tested this on Android 13, 14 and 15 and all three have this issue.I am using the standard G-Board as my keyboard. Best regards,Milan van Laar 

Hello Deezer help center,I noticed that the music playing will randomly stops. Then if I unpause I hear 1/10th of a second of music then there is no sound but the track keeps going forward (time is increasing). Going back or forward won't fix it. Last few times I had to force shutdown deezer in android apps parameters to make it work again. But now it doesn't work anymore. Even a full phone restart won't fix it. What can I do ? 

I logged off of deezer since it wasn't downloading a playlist of mine, or rather, kept cancelling downloading midway. I wanted to log off and log in but now it's like this, i clicked retry but it just sends me to here again. I restarted my phone and im not using the beta version. I'd appreciate some help if anyone else got the same error, I couldn't find on forums :(

As topic says, i have like 3500 songs in my playlist and it's really pissing me off to wait for it to download. is there a solution or do i really need to leave my open for 10 hours and hours for the best? 💔

So I have a handful of playlists I regularly use and like to keep downloaded. However everytime I add a new song to these playlists the new songs don't seem to download. Is there a way to manually refresh this or not. I am coming from Spotify where this seemed to go a lot smoother.

Hi y'all, I know a lot of other people have had this prob but is there really no way around this issue? I have over 3k songs download on my phone but when I click the shuffle button at the top next to the download music there are about 50-100 songs that always play w/in the first 2 hrs. And then if I press shuffle again it just continues to play the same shuffle, it doesn't restart with something else. It's not like my favorites or anything specific it's random songs from all my playlists but it's always the same handful of songs.  Everything is updated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've launched it both thru my desktop and app. I've logged in and out. And I've undownloaded everything and redownload it all.  Is there any fix? I'm so tired of hearing the same songs during a "shuffle" Thank you in advance! 

Im just really tired of my music stopping randomly to buffer or glitch when I change the song. Im even more irritated with the shuffle feature (unless I havent figured out how to change it) because it doesnt matter how many times I click on the same song with shuffle on it will play the same song after. Anyways, it'd be pretty great if the lagging would stop happening so often so I can actually listen to songs.

When i listened to my music or anything else keeps showing up error to play

My 'most played songs' playlist keeps skipping songs and playing them in random order even though shuffle is off.This started after I updated the app from Google Play Store. It starts playing them in order but then loses its marbels at some point and goes nuts.I have updated the playlist, the app, I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it fixes the problem for couple days but then it's back again. Any ideas?
