I recently changed my Figma plan from monthly billing to an annual plan. After switching to the annual plan, I checked my Billing → Invoices page and noticed an invoice labeled “Annual plan renewal” with a status of Paid, but the total amount shows $0.00.I’m a little confused about what this means. Could someone explain what this $0.00 annual renewal invoice means and whether my annual subscription is fully active?

Hi there, I’m troubleshooting building a suite of evergreen ad campaign assets in Buzz. The only things that should ever need to change are the copy for my offer and the brand logo featured.As I poured over the assets from a prebuilt library, I’m noticing that some of the title copy (that will never need to be edited) has differentiated itself in the bulk edit spreadsheet, in spite of being identical to its siblings.  The right-hand column “flash offer” randoms should be living in the column to the left.It doesn’t look like there’s a way for me to brute-force this by pasting them into the proper column. What could I have done wrong to make them separate like this, and how can I avoid it as I try to build this suite for my team? There are quite a few assets with this issue and I’d like to fix it entirely rather than just hide both columns.  My goal is to create various template sizes:LinkedIn / Meta: 1080×1080 6Sense / Google: 300 x 250 / 300 x 600 / 160 x 600 / 728 x 90 / 320 x 50 / 300 x 60 Email: 848 x 244 and 848 × 244 In Figma Buzz, I want to be able to go from:1080 x 1080 > 300 x 250 > 300 x 600 848 x 244 > 848 × 244 728 x 90 > 320 x 50 > 300 x 60 In Figma Buzz, the issues I’m having:I have a triangle vector shape with 3 layers (3 different colors) and when I change the template size from 1080 > 300, that vector shape doesn’t adjust accordingly. I’ve created a flatten version of it, created a component and set the comp to scale/scale, nothing is working. What constraints am I supposed to be using for vector shapes that are group and that have been turned into a component? I made sure that the inner most layers are set to scale. I tested using a png of the same image and For the logo that is going on each of the templates, when I change the template size the logo moves slightly out of its position.

I am trying to create a workflow for bulk changing sub-headlines, and resizing for marketing creatives. I am unable to generate an editable content/image bank despite naming the fields correctly and also locking the layers that should not be subjected to an edit once a spreadsheet is uploaded with the sub-headline variations. Need some guidance on this front.

Hi everyone,Our product is moving to PrimeVue 4.0.0, and I'd like a reality check on our design system setup.Current approach: we copy individual components from the PrimeVue Figma Kit into our design system and keep them linked to the PrimeVue library.What I'm proposing instead: duplicate the whole PrimeVue Figma Kit and use it as our own separate design system library.All PrimeVue components stay unchanged. The main customization is our own primitive colors, plus adjusting PrimeVue settings to match our design. We keep PrimeVue variables as they are. Our own variables go into the custom folder in PrimeVue's variables. Our custom components and icons have separate names, agreed with our developer.Updates: when a new PrimeVue Figma file comes out, I'd compare it with ours (with AI help if possible), then move the needed changes manually. Hi all,new org admin here, so bear with me. I have trouble organizing the users in my instance to specific teams and user groups. I do plan to use groups for SSO config, so will add groups to team access. What i am really missing, is there a way to see specific user membership in team and/or group without exporting csv? Like when you click on one user details, you should be able to see which Teams user has access to, additionally, imagine having the info, on the type of access for each Team.

Figma Motion is super cool! One thing I'm missing is the ability to share a direct link to the timeline with developers. Currently, I need to explain where to find the timeline button in the sidebar, which isn't always easy to find.Would be great to have this feature! Is there really no way to get a direct link to the timeline?

如题，现在figma已经支持motion制作了，我和团队制作了一些UI动效，希望能复用到其他项目里，所以打算将这些motion组件存放到同一个文件并发布，便于在其他文件调用。但现在figma 的assets里导入library后，只能预览静态，对motion来说光看单个静帧无法判断对应哪个动效。能不能支持预览motion动态效果？

A few weeks ago Make was amazing. Now I can’t find how to revert anything. What is going on that Figma would take a giant leap back? And I just used a bunch of AI credits trying to figure it out.

hi all,I am having an issue with Figma and was wondering if there is a way to change the default view when opening a file.I have a process flow created on the canvas, but when I open the file, it lands on a large empty area of the infinite canvas rather than on the actual content. As a result, I have to manually scroll and zoom to find my diagram every time. I know where to scroll, but my business user wont know  Hence, I understand that the canvas itself is infinite, but I would like to know:Can I set a default starting position or view for the file? Can I make Figma automatically open centered on my content/sectionAny suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey,I built a plugin, G-paint, a geometric shape grid generator for icons and patterns. The web version is live at https://g-paint.comI want to publish it as paid. There's no Metrics tab or Set up Stripe on my profile (@idanshani), and I've never had an approval email.Fig told me two things: that the "not approving new creators" note applies to paid files and not to paid plugins, and that I should apply through the "selling resources on Community" guide.But that guide has no application in it. The only thing it says about approval is that new creators aren't being approved for paid files.So how does someone actually get approved to sell a plugin? Is there a form, or does it have to be enabled manually on the account?I'm on a Starter plan so email support isn't open to me, which is why I'm asking here.thanksIdan

How can I make sure the finished mobile app looks and works like the original Figma design?

Hi, I'm trying to build a list component with slots, and I want to control the items' size from the parent element so that all items are consistent and container logic can be applied.So I've connected the variables on the size for each building block inside the item (icon, title, description...) then I applied the size mode on the parent frame (list compoent)It works well when I change the mode directly, but it resets the content when using the variants. What did I do wrong?I know one solution may be to remove the variants and use the modes directly, but I'd really like to keep the property more visible and easier to track in library analytics.Thank you.

Hi Figma Support Team,I am using a Figma Professional plan, and I am facing an issue with my account sessions.Whenever I log in to my Figma account on my second laptop, it automatically logs me out of my first laptop. I then have to log in again on the first laptop.I am also seeing the message “Some of your sessions were logged out” when this happens. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your reference.Could you please help me understand why this is happening and provide a solution?
