Hello there ! I am translating the page in French and I have found two misplaced translation tags ("Emails should be sent to {{$1." and "Assessment of child protection concerns: $1]"). Some of the translation markup causes raw "</tvar>" to show up in the rendered page when using Parsoid. The Parsoid team says this is an error in the markup, not Parsoid, and this page should be edited:

[The] page has wikitext of this form [mailto:info@wikimedia.org '''info@wikimedia.org'''] - the tvar is wrapping two different parts of the extlink (url, linktext) and that doesn't work. The two email ids should be wrapped separately with tvars. Or since it looks like the entire extlink does't need translation, they could get away with wrapping the entire extlink by moving the [ and ] inside the tvar. Same for the other instance.
