Fractional CPTO, c'est 4 clients, 4 boîtes, 4 contextes à tenir. Je me suis construit un système : → 4h — mes mails sont triés et résumés, le bruit masqué, l'urgent remonté → 7h — brief matinal sur WhatsApp : todos, activité git, agenda du jour → En journée — je délègue la delivery à Claude Code sur mon Mac ; mes automatisations tournent 24/7 sur un serveur dans le Cloud → Le soir — un rituel met mes journaux à jour et sauvegarde l'état, pour reprendre le lendemain sur n'importe quelle machine Rien de magique. Des briques posées une à une, qui communiquent entre elles. C'est exactement ce que j'installe dans une équipe produit : un système qui tient et qui tourne même quand personne ne le regarde. Victor Ramiro a réagi à ceciVictor Ramiro a réagi à ceciA significant of the engineering effort behind a new autonomous feature by #EasyMile lies with 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Our IV&V process is built on an adaptation of the classic V-cycle, with testing that starts early and never really stops. New features are tested daily, through formal tools and HIL simulation on test benches, first at unit level, then at increasingly consolidated levels to reach code stability. Before any software release is deployed, it goes through a second round. Non-regression testing at feature, software and system level. On the bench, then physically at our Francazal facilities. The goal isn't only confirming that a feature works. It's identifying exactly where its limits are. On average, that validation phase takes as long as the development phase itself. Not a bottleneck, a deliberate investment. Autonomy without a driver behind the wheel only works if someone has already found the edges first. These teams rarely gets the spotlight, but no software reaches a client site without going through their hands first.

Victor Ramiro a aimé ceciVictor Ramiro a aimé ceciIl y a quelques mois, je rentrais d'un road trip aux États-Unis avec une certitude : je voulais construire quelque chose de nouveau.🎯 J'ai rejoint le programme Sparring Partner du Le Village by CA Toulouse 31. Et c'est là que j'ai rencontré Martin Perreau. Chaque semaine pendant 3 mois, en physique ou en visio, on s'asseyait et on disséquait ensemble. Le marché, le positionnement, la structure, la vision. Martin, c'est quelqu'un qui a une vraie culture startup. Pas celle des livres, celle du terrain. Il en a monté, il a pitché au Y Combinator à San Francisco. Avec lui, Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox... ne sont pas des success stories à admirer, mais des leçons concrètes à décortiquer. 💡 Ce qu'il m'a transmis : les meilleures boîtes réussissent parce qu'elles ont su aller vite, tester et corriger. Pas parce qu'elles avaient raison dès le départ. La discovery avant tout. Le MVP avant le perfectionnisme. Et une structure juridique solide dès le départ. ⚙️ Ce que j'aime dans cette histoire ? Elle ne s'est pas arrêtée à la fin du programme. Martin est devenu un contact précieux, au point qu'on l'a invité à présenter son regard sur les startups lors d'une de nos soirées Blast Club à Toulouse. 🚀 Parce que les bonnes rencontres ne se terminent pas avec la dernière session. Elles continuent, différemment. Ce que j'ai retenu de tout ça ? On ne construit pas seul. Et on ne construit pas bien sans se nourrir de l'expérience des autres. 🌱 C'est exactement pour ça qu'aujourd'hui je suis hébergé à L'Aérial, pépinière d'entreprises des Landes. Entouré d'une équipe, de collègues entrepreneurs, d'un écosystème qui challenge et qui booste. Ce projet, je le construis de manière pragmatique. Brique par brique. Bien entouré. J'ai refait tout mon site avec Claude Code — à partir de ce que j'avais déjà : → une page Notion → ma page LinkedIn → mon historique de presales et de suivi clients → quelques sessions de sparring avec Claude sur mon positionnement Le site n'est pas sorti d'un prompt magique. Il est sorti de ce matériau — structuré et dirigé. Et c'est ça, le vrai travail : formuler l'intention, réunir le bon contexte, trancher ce qui compte. Le code, l'agent s'en charge. Ce qui fait qu'un résultat sonne juste reste mon job. C'est pareil quand j'installe l'IA dans une équipe produit : la vitesse vient moins de l'outil que de la qualité du contexte et de la direction qu'on lui donne. I wanted to see the world. So I kept moving. English teaching. A cruise ship. I saved money working there, watching the ocean from a place that moved. Customer success. Then sales. Then marketing. Then I landed in technical writing and thought: I'm not technical enough for this role. I'll fail. Oceane F., my former manager, took a chance on me anyway. I never felt like I took a wrong turn. I just kept following the pull: away from being stuck, toward something. For years I couldn't name what that something was. But looking back five years after moving to France, I realized: I accomplished so much in such a short time. Not because I had it all figured out. Not because I followed a plan. But because I took chances. I said yes to things I never dreamed of. I didn't wait for permission or certainty. I just kept moving. We tell ourselves we need to pick one path and stay on it. Figure it out early. Commit. But what if the point isn't finding the right path? What if it's staying curious enough to keep asking: Is this still moving me forward? When did you realize your path didn't need to make sense, it just needed to move you forward?

Are you fixing the root cause or just compensating for symptoms? The lack of awareness of our models tends to push us to create compensation systems. When we encounter impediments in our code, we try to fix it by extending or model to adapt to these cases. And when we encounter difficulties in interactions with the systems of other teams, we add processes to handle them. In both cases, these are often compensations. The root of the issues tends to live at the core of our software: our models outlive their usefulness. When new requirements force us to distord a model and over-complicate it, it's often better to write a new one, either in addition of the old one, or as a replacement. Instead, sunk-cost fallacy and additive bias push us to double down on what we already do. Last June, Julien Topçu 🇲🇶🇦🇲 gave our new talk at Domain-Driven Design Europe: "Model Tension Heuristics: Preventing Accidental Design Debt" We give you the tools to detect signals of the cracks in our designs, and to act upon them.
