Outdated version of Electron Builder #8963

Describe the bug

To export via Node.js and Electron Builder, you need your game's source code. However, during export, when almost everything is ready, Electron Builder returns an error: The installed version of Electron Builder does not match the package.json

Steps to reproduce

1. Download node.js
2. Install Electron Builder
3. Export the game source code to your PC
4. Run it all in cmd
5. In the end, it won't create the file and will return an error!

I can’t export from the cloud because Amazon servers are blocked in Russia, as are VPN services!
