Scope
Align the aether-agent README to the canonical Product Truth boundary while preserving Agent as a standalone open-source terminal product.
Before / after
Evidence and checks
The exact PR head is README-only. Hosted Ubuntu and Windows tests, supply-chain checks, CodeQL, analysis, and the hosted build check pass.
Limits and rollback
This PR changes no runtime, package, pricing, deployment, release, entitlement, or authority. Revert the two README commits in reverse order to restore the prior text.
Merge order
3 of 5, after AETHER-CLOUD#1440 and #1445, before AETHER-CLOUD#1446.
