Summary

add a PDGrapherLightningModule with forward and inverse graph-based perturbation heads and shared configuration helpers
provide Hydra presets for both PDGrapher forward and inverse training runs
update tx inference to instantiate arbitrary lightning modules via get_lightning_module and support PDGrapher inverse outputs

Testing

pytest tests/test_callbacks.py (fails: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'state')
