Svelte 5 breaks peer dependency for SDK

Bumping svelte from 4.x to 5.x breaks compatibility with @builder.io/sdk-svelte@^1.0.31, which declares a peer dependency of svelte: "^4.1.2". This SDK is a production dependency used for the Content component and fetchOneEntry/isPreviewing APIs in the route files. Since the SDK was built and tested against Svelte 4 internals, it will likely fail at build or runtime with Svelte 5. The @sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte@3.1.1 also only had experimental Svelte 5 support (stable support requires v4+).
