Feature Description

Currently Start on boot does exactly that, which is fine! However, if a server was manually turned off by an administrator it'll still come back online on the next machine reboot unless manually toggled off again.

What if Start on Boot was a two way switch similar to how permissions work.
Remember Last State < Both Off > Start on boot.
Would give a bit of flexibility without having to reconfigure an instance every time you want to temporarily disable an instance.
