I'm using the 15.12 installer to update an existing 15.x installation on Windows, which has custom dictionaries in the C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\15\share\tsearch_data directory. I noticed that after the upgrade my custom dictionaries are gone and have to be copied back manually. Previous versions of the installer would preserve any custom dictionaries in that directory.
