SQLite Error when switching from Windows to Linux

I have switched on my main PC from Windows 10 (NTFS) to a Linux (Bazzite, BTRFS) and when I try to import site's files this occurs:
"Uncaught Exception: SQLite3Erro: database is locked".

This occurs when I try to it by the sites files (putting the sites folder at the Sites location) as well as from a backup .tar.gz.
I share my files via Dropbox, but just as backup. There is no concurrent editing.
On windows it works to open the site in Publii from the same folder or backup file.

What do you need in addition to analyze this?
What can I do?

@SebastianSolidwork - could you check if you have lock files like *.db-journal *.db-wal after closing the app?

To clarify - do you have this error during website opening (after putting the backup files manually in the sites folder)?

No, but there was a folder "db.sqlite.lock" at "myWebsite/input/" without any content. Once I renamed/remove that I could open the site in Publii without a problem.

I could trigger the error message in 2 ways:

• changing "Sites location" setting to my Dropbox folder where the site already existed
• trying to add the site via "Install from backup"
