Follow-up verification PR after #45.\n\nAdds compact coverage for the stable-ID command boundary: missing identities, invalid move targets, and self-target no-ops all retain the exact prior state.\n\nThe test replaces obsolete positional-address cases with the public commands that Tauri and agent bridges actually use. Full local release gates pass.
