Summary
This PR adds a complete Simplified Chinese translation of the README as
README_zh.md, and adds an English | 中文 language switcher at the top of both files.Changes
README_zh.md: full Chinese translation of the README (model introduction, model summary, evaluation results with footnotes, quantization, deployment, model usage, license, contact)README.md: add a language switcher linking to the Chinese versionBenchmark names, model/technology terms (KDA, AttnRes, MoE, MXFP4, etc.) and the code example are kept as-is; all descriptive text and table labels are translated.
