[BUG] App crashes on ARM64 Windows 11 devices after launch

Description

When running the app on ARM64 Windows 11 devices (like Surface Laptop 7 or other ARM PCs), the app shows the splash screen but crashes shortly after launch. ADB/connection stays on 127.0.0.1, and no further progress occurs.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 ARM64 devices
• Version of app: [insert version]
• Build type: [Installer / portable / dev build]

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Download and install the app on an ARM64 Windows 11 device.
2. Launch the app.
3. Observe the splash screen appears, but the app crashes or exits immediately.

• App should launch successfully and display the main interface.
• Connection/virtual environment should initialize properly without crashing.

Actual Behavior

• App shows splash screen, then crashes.
• ADB or background process stays idle (127.0.0.1) without establishing a session.
