折扣活動分為滿額、滿件、打折、折現。滿額就是 TotalPrice，滿件是 TotalQty，打折是 DiscountRate，折現是 DiscountPrice。有可能是複合條件，例如滿額折現，就去看 TotalPrice & DiscountPrice 的欄位是設多少。
