The former FAST v8 ReadMe file (https://wind.nrel.gov/nwtc/docs/README_FAST8.pdf) contains most user-related documentation related to the modular FAST, not including module-specific documentation. This documentation should now be included in OpenFAST's documentation i.e. migrated into ReadTheDocs.
Parts of this documentation need to be updated to reflect the new linearization functionality that now includes BeamDyn (#157) and will soon include HydroDyn and MAP++ for floating offshore wind turbines (pull request coming soon).
This documentation also needs to be updated to reflect the new VTK naming convention (#126 and #172).
