Context: Update examples in the estimator module.

To-do:

  • overview / description of what the module is and is not
  • main function example (qre.estimate)
  • resource base class and gate_breakdown method
  • resource config class
  • wire management classes
  • template examples
  • op examples
  • resource hamiltonian classes
