Fix OnWarmupFinished timing with ScheduledUniverseSelectionModel

Description

OnWarmupFinished was firing at the scheduled universe trigger time (e.g. 8 AM) instead of StartDate (midnight) when no midnight slice existed, now aligned to StartDate before the callback fires.
