Fixes the problem with "tessdata path not writable". The volume mount needs to point to /usr/share/tesseract-ocr and not to /usr/share/tessdata.

I forgot the change for docker w/o compose. This is now added in the 2nd commit. |

Fixes the problem with "tessdata path not writable" when trying to d/l additional .traineddata-files for tesseract.
