Allows guest authors to submit posts from the front-end and view using Shortcode.

The shortcode [guest_post_form] can be used on the page to display the guest post form.
To view guest posts use the shortcode [guest_posts].
To view the pending guest posts use the shortcode [guest_posts status="draft"].
