Configurable, reusable, user-defined stacks (Dockerfile, devcontainer customisation) #42

Following https://github.com/StephanSchmidt/sandcatter, consider adding user-configurable "stacks", which could contribute to the generate setup - through the dockerfile, dev container setup, init scripts. They could be defined in global configuration, and thus easily reusable across multiple projects
