Taxonomy & Landscape Workstream

Mission

The Taxonomy & Landscape Workstream serves as the horizontal architectural bridge across the AAIF. Our mission is to curate and maintain a unified glossary of agentic AI terms (the Taxonomy) and a CNCF-style ecosystem market map (the Landscape).

By establishing a shared vocabulary and a single pane of glass for the ecosystem, we eliminate siloed terminology, prevent duplicated research across working groups, and provide enterprise leaders with a cohesive blueprint for the Agentic AI technology stack.

For more details, please see our Workstream Charter.

Chairs

The Workstream Chairs were appointed by the Working Group Chairs from the current AAIF Working Groups.

We strive to balance speed, inclusiveness, and rigor in our work, and we keep the group focused on shared outcomes that advance the security and privacy of agentic AI for everyone.
