Description:

Update draco decoder to 1.5.7

Changes proposed:

  • Update draco decoder from 1.5.6 to 1.5.7
  • Fix url to threejs repository, js directory doesn't exist anymore, it's jsm
  • Add an additional comment about draco repository for latest release
