Research Engineer @ Epic Games | (Ex-PhD) Mechanistic Interpretability Researcher

Hi, I'm Alex 👋

I just finished my PhD, reverse-engineering neural networks to understand what how they think, so we can try to stop them from thinking bad things. Currently shipping production LLM systems alongside research.
