Add new icon set

This is a proof of concept how to add a new icon set.

I am not sure if we should go with "Remix" but that needs to be discussed

The complete Remix iconset can be found here:

The icon set is 26x26 for large icons and 16x16 for small icons. Fallback icons are from Industrial icon set.

technically it is good.
But there are still a lot of icons missing.
