I'm in favour of this change 👍

I don't think deno is well supported in architect so I don't think that, at this point, we should dilute it with more runtimes to support. If anything, we should focus on making the existing secondary runtime support in arc, like Python, better.

P.S. if you rebase with latest main the CI failures should be resolved.
