This uses an older version of the Academic theme. Main modifications are:
- The tooltip in the Publications now uses a plain asterisk instead of the ugly (i) sign. The tooltip is kept in partials
- It uses the old bootstrap 5 version so the partial takes precedence over the git modules
- This uses @richtong's Makefile, so it works best if in ~/ws/git/src/web as a submodule. It assumes there is a ws in the path and that there is a ./src/bin and ./src/lib
