Description
Adds mandatory cache store validation for Avo. On boot, Avo verifies the cache store is operational (write/read/delete test). If validation fails, all requests redirect to a status error page.
The error system is extensible via
Avo.set_status_error(message:, help:, doc_url:)for future use.
