Summer Batch does not officially support MySQL. It is a support implementation for MySQL.

The DatabaseExtensionManager uses AppDomain.CurrentDomain.GetAssemblies(), so you need to load extension assembly as blow:

  DbProviderFactories.RegisterFactory("MySql.Data.MySqlClient", MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlClientFactory.Instance);
