I'm going to move this to discussion here. It's great to have these rules available for people using JetBrains, but since that's not part of the main setup, I think that volume of rules work better as a suggestion for people who need it. |

The goal of this pull request is to add few window rules for all Jetbrains Products such as IDEs and Toolbox. This rules will fix 99% of the issues you will face using IDE such as PHPStorm (which I use daily)
