• encode case-sensitive Next.js cache tags as fixed-size Cloudflare-safe digests
• keep complete invalidation metadata or make an oversized response uncacheable
• preserve empty, Unicode, long, and case-distinct Next.js tags
• surface Workers Cache purge failures
