Description

After upgrading to iOS 16.2, MAUI Blazor projects started crashing. This applies to devices and simulators.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new MAUI Blazor project.
2. Create a simulator device with the new iOS 16.2 OS.
3. Run the project on the device.
4. It will display a blank page.
