Description

I'm trying to change the Selected Item background color of the FlyoutItem and I managed to do it, but it's not working properly on Windows but in Android / iOS its working fine.

Here in Android the Background Item of the FlyoutItem is set to Red by providing an ItemTemplate in the Shell.

Similarly in Windows but its partially displaying the background color.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone the Repo
2. Run it in Windows
3. Check the Selected Item background Color.
