'Search Recipe' and 'My Recipe' tab are missing on MacOS Tahoe 26.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://github.com/dotnet/maui-samples/tree/main/10.0/Apps/WhatToEat to Mac.
2. Notice that there's no 'Search Recipe' and 'My Recipe' tab at the bottom

Actual Behavior:
There's no 'Search Recipe' and 'My Recipe' tab at the bottom

Expected Behavior:
There should be a 'Search Recipe' and 'My Recipe' tab at the bottom

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. The issue does not repro on macOS 15.6 & 15.7.2.
