Description

When a CollectionView has its FlowDirection set to RightToLeft and displays an EmptyViewTemplate, the text content inside the empty view is visually mirrored. The characters appear reversed or flipped horizontally, making the text unreadable, rather than simply changing the layout direction.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attched sample. EmptyViewRTLIssue.zip
2. Click the RightToLeft button.
