Description

DatePicker dialog gets dismissed when the device is rotated while the dialog is open, whereas the TimePicker dialog remains open

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download this repo and run on android. MauiApp8.zip
2. Tap the datepicker and now rotate the emulator.
3. Notice the dialog now dismissed.
