Footer on the right doesn't adapt when resizing the window

Affected Test Case:

• I8 - View header and footer for Horizontal grid

Note:

1. This issue doesn't reproduce on 9.0.120 with CV1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to Maccatalyst
2. Navigate to I - Collection View > I8 - Headers and Footers > View Header and Footer (Horizontal Grid)
3. Resize to make the window bigger and notice that the footer on the right doesn't adapt properly.

Actual Behavior:
Footer on the right doesn't adapt when resizing the window.

Expected Behavior:
Footer should adapt with the window resize.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

No, this issue can be reproduced in 10.0.50, 10.0.0 & 9.0.120 (w/ CV2). This issue can't be reproduced using 9.0.120 (w/ CV1)
