Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the .NET 10.0 preview SDK and related tooling to the latest preview.6 builds.
- Bumps the
dotnetSDK and Arcade/Helix SDK versions inglobal.json. - Updates MSBuild package version properties in
eng/Versions.propsfor the new preview. - Syncs all dependency versions and SHAs in
eng/Version.Details.xmland updates the xharness CLI version in the tool manifest.
