I opened elastic/docs-content#763 for the tutorial update because that lives in the docs-content repo now :)

(For the 8.x equivalent you can just update the asciidoc version which still lives in es repo)

Hi @Mikep86, I've created a changelog YAML for you. Note that since this PR is labelled release highlight, you need to update the changelog YAML to fill out the extended information sections.

@ioanatia @kderusso Should we add the notable release highlight only to 8.18/9.0 PRs, since that is the stack release when we're making semantic text GA?

The only thing I'm unsure about is serverless. How do we call this out in serverless without making it a notable release highlight for 9.1?
